Let’s face it – no outfit can be complete without the proper accessories, and this season’s latest batch of must-haves look great on everyone. From jewelry to bags, hats and scarves, the hottest fall accessories are sure to make a style statement wherever you go.
Jewelry
Bangles, rings, metallics and vintage-inspired pieces are very hot this season. Choose enamel bangles in shades like deep purple, royal blue and crimson red and stack two or three to really make a statement. Crystal earrings are fun and stylish and add spark to any outfit you choose to wear them with. Gold plated or amber necklaces look great with a scoop neck, and are this season’s must-have jewelry item.
Scarves
Scarves are great when cold weather hits, but they are also a stylish accessory to your wardrobe in addition to being functional. Cashmere, wool and silk scarves are versatile, with a range of styles and shades to choose from. A chocolate brown scarf paired with a cute fedora, denim jeans and a modern trench coat make a perfect fall outfit. A bolder scarf (think stripes or an unusual print) with an understated outfit works well for those of you who are a little more daring.
Hats and Belts
Hats are no longer simply for keeping your head warm during the chill fall season! Similarly, a belt can tie the perfect outfit together and look fabulous. Floppy hats, fedoras, and cute knits are all the rage. Choose a hat in a shade that’s hot right now, such as brown, cream, gray or black. “Newsboy” style hats are my personal favorite and look amazing with everything from jeans to office attire.

Gloves
Cashmere arm warmers, leather gloves, and cotton knits keep you warm and stylish this season. As one of the latest fall trends, gloves are making a style statement from the runway to the streets, and you’d be smart to pick up a pair for yourself! Long gloves are totally in right now, but if you aren’t daring enough to pull off the look, choose a cute patent leather pair that hits just above the wrist or go for a cotton/wool blend.
Bags
Where would we be without a fashionable fall bag?
Metallic colors, alligator print (I prefer the faux variety, myself), crimson red, and royal blue are the hottest colors for fall handbags.
Choose a roomy leather tote in metallic gold to hold all of your daily essentials, and then switch to a bolder, brighter clutch for evening. It’s all about the prints and detailing this season – gold clasps, big buckles, animal prints and velvet are popping up all over the place.
